My truck stalled out on me and cut off two weeks ago. It was throwing 02 sensor (lean) and misfire. I replaced all the coils and plugs the trucks driving for sure improved. This morning I was driving and it stalled and was almost in limp mode but the acceleration would shoot up and go back down. It’s throwing the same 02 sensor code and misfire. I took it to the shop not knowing where to go and they think it’s the ECM. Is there a way to check that? Is there anything else I can trouble shoot? Cause what I think is i have a little knick in my purge valve and that it stays open or closed and the excess fuel (or vice versa) is throwing the 02 sensor cause the sensor thinks the purge is closed or vice versa. I know the two don’t correlate but it’s the only thing I can come up with.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
