Default Serious issue

Truck came back from repairs from a broken side shaft and bent diff housing. (low speed impact, damage not reflecting speed)

My right rear wheel is now sticking out 1.5" more than left rear. Not 100% if it was line that before repairs... What could cause this?

Shop says everything they did lines up... Bs?

Monday they want to put it on a "frame rack" to see if frame is bent. Bought trick secondhand from a dealership with 5000 km on.

Thoughts?

It's all a trick, goalie, a trick, I tell ye...

Sorry, couldn't resist. By the wheel sticking out, you mean wider on rear than front wheel? I would just measure them to see how they line up - if I am understanding you right.

Nope, I was comparing left rear wheel to right rear wheel. When taking dimension from frame to tread of tire, the right sticks out 1.5" out further

On a few trucks the beds aren't straight on the frame I have read.

The measurement I took, was from the frame. It appears that the measurement from the two diff side leaf springs are the same.

There is a thread on here somewhere where others have this too on undamaged trucks. Including me. Didn't notice it with stock wheels and tires but now my after market stuff sticks out the fenders easier to notice. Have about the same off set as you with my rearend. Kinda sucks but wouldn't worry the rear ends are coming off set from the factory. Not sure why though.
