lol, you know what's funny? I have a set of those amber LED strips laying in the garage too; was going to use them on my last truck, that I sold when I bought this F150

Read this post last night, did the mod this evening. All in all it took me longer to go out and get the LED's at Pep Boys than to do the mod thanks to this thread. Most difficult part was trying to get the mirror glass out, but once you figure that out, the other side is a cake walk. Love the new look, can't wait to turn some heads. I may even drive around in circles all day tomorrow.

I was worried about breaking the glass. I took a picture where it seperates from and as long as you dont man handle it you'll be fine
