My microphone is no longer working with my phone on my Sync system. I have recently done some changes using Forscan, but nothing involving the Sync system. I also recently installed a Spotify CarThing, but have removed that now as well. Anyone have any ideas of what the issue could be, or how to solve this?

 

When you press the steering wheel switch to give Sync a command does the unit give you a tone to acknowledge the switch? (I have my unit set to verbally acknowledge the switch 2013) Have you tried a master reset? Just trying to be sure Sync is even trying to listen.

 

Good question. Sync isn’t recognizing any vocal commands either. It seems like it is listening though.
