Default Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3...Anybody running these yet?

Not sure how new they are, but they're the hybrid MT/AT and they look pretty damn good. Sadly, just like the rest of their tires, they aren't cheap. I saw them on an F-150 at the gym and looked them up. Anybody running these yet?

Hey I ran those tires last year on my 2006 f150. Sorry to say they did not perform well for me at all. Wet roads were the worst. Could never get traction. Took the truck offroad at the outer banks in sand and did okay but never really saw mud with those tires.
The rubber compound was too hard I think, sold the truck and tires went with.
Hope that helps

I had a set of the radial atz's (not the p3) on a f250 and was impressed with the ride and how quiet they were. I plan on putting a set on the 150 once these tires are worn out. I noticed on the p3 they have a different compound which appears to be harder and that may have contributed to lack of traction by the previous poster.

I just bought a set. Love them so far. Will post some picts of the whole setup soon, here are a couple of the tires themselves. They start to hum a little bit above about 50 MPH. But it never gets too loud. I have had a bunch of guys tell me how good they look. Was very happy how aggressive they are without going to a MT. Before I purchased, I spoke to guys at Mickey Thompson who told me these will be replacing the ATZ Radials. I am running 35x12.5R20's. The ride feels just a bit stiffer than my stock Bridgestone's. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Those really do look great! Nice choice...will be interested to hear how they handle different conditions.
