I would think you'd be right.

Nah, not bad at all! I always use a scrub brush to do the sidewalls on any tire I had & no problems or cleaning difference at all..... Now my show truck that I used to have (Bronco II pics in "my albums") had 39.5" Super Swamper boggers.... Now THOSE were a PIA to clean!
But I'm loving the ATZ p3's!... In fact I just ordered Black Fuel rims for my "winter combo" & decided to use the ATZ p3 for the winter tire choice.
So next week, I'll dismount them off the chrome wheels & mount on the new black throttles. (The Chrome throttles will get put away until spring and then I have until then to choose the "Spring thru Fall" tire!).

Anyone with 15,000+ miles have any updates on these? How is wet weather traction?

I'm going on about 35k. Mostly highway driving. Thinking I'll get another 10k out of them. Have loved the look of the tires and been happy with their performance. Traction has been great in about every condition I've been in.

Just got off the phone with our local 4x4 outfitter here in Albuquerque and he has two sets of these in 275/65/R20 in his system at $225 per tire! Well I should say one set now. These will be on my 2012 FX4 SCREW in two weeks.

I now have approx 12,000 miles on mine now. I dismounted them off the chrome wheels and purchased a "winter wheel" black set of fuel wheels as these will now be my "winter wheel tire & wheel combo". These tires have now seen ALL seasons & lately a lot of snow & ice and I can honestly say that I have absolutely NO complaints at all! Quite impressed & pleased!
Last weekend, I helped my best friend deliver a '76 Chevy truck that he sold on eBay, out of state which was a 2 hour drive one way ... & not only did my truck pull the load impressively...still no complaint on the tires & their handling either while towing.

I am running these now in 275/65/20. I had baja MTZs on my last truck and they were a little too aggressive for the amount of highway driving i do. Because of that I was considering the Duratrac or KO2 in the 275/60/20 size, but very happy I went back to Mickey Thompson.

Great looking trucks all around. I am going to my local dealer on Friday to get a set of 33x12.5x20. Pics to follow!

Shop around , you can find both of these tires for a reasonable price and free shipping .... Can't go wrong with any Cooper tire IMO ..
