another less expensive option is to simply paint them with them with rustoleum

I did the ones on my mustang a few years back and they still look great

To paint them you need to clean them up really good with brake cleaner if you've put a lot of miles on ya truck but I'll say that painted calipers look way better IMHO

this...when I painted them on my mustang I just grabbed a scrub brush and brake cleaner then wiped em off real good. The stuff you brush on - I got some small foam brushed from Lowes, the paint did an awesome job of leveling out so dont worry about that.

Ive gotta say $200 for caliper covers that look exactly like what they are never made sense to me.

You brushed the paint on??? I'd love to see a pic if possible I was gonna do my ranger front calipers but I traded it in right after I replaced both calipers lol

ya I forget who makes the stuff - duplicolor maybe? they sell the caliper painting kits at autozone and such. I didnt wanna tape everything off to use rattle cans so I got the kit you brush on. When youre doing it you see the brush stroked like crazy and just KNOW its gonna look awful but it levels out nicely as it sets up.

I looked through my photobucket and cant find the pic I thought I had in there...I'll take one this weekend although theyre pretty dirty at this point

not to highjack.. but if anyone wants some un-used & still in box caliper covers, i just posted a couple of sets (Black & Pale Adobe) in the classified section along with some new black billet badges!

For those of you that bought these covers, did your front covers have 2 studs per end? My front covers have one stud up and one stud down, for a total of 4 studs per side. Did I get the wrong ones or am I just supposed to ignore the stud pointing down?
