I think it will be a good project for a weekend, maybe this weekend if the dealer has the kit in stock. I still need to do the fix for the gas door not closing anymore (been using blue painters tape ).

And yeah it was more 'throttle-ier" haha. It's already bad for me putting my foot down too much because I had the muffler cut out (left resonator on) and I love that rumble man!!

I'm going to proactively do this soon. Is this applicable on 3.7 liters as well? Asking for my father in law.

No, according to the tsb it's 5.0 and 6.2 only. Here is the instructions, https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6...nhOT0czZlF5M1k

I had this problem on my previous truck, a 2013 with the 3.7 at 80k miles. It was repaired under my extended service plan.

Odd, since it wasn't part of the TSB. I wonder if it affects the EB as well?

Had this happen to me earlier this year in 7-11 parking lot. Remembered that there are spare fuses in the passenger side kick panel fuse block. Popped one out, dug the burned/melted one out and put new one in while in 7-11 lot. I should get the relocation kit now that i bought out my truck and plan to keep it.

Not sure about the EB. The service rep at the dealership said it was a problem on the 5.0 and 3.7.
