Did you consider Banks: http://bankspower.com/products/show/399/94

I used their products on several Cummins powered Dodges and was always impressed. Banks may cost a little more and doesn't make the most power but their stuff is first rate.

Eventually I will get their exhaust and tuner, I hope they come out with a TechniCooler as well.

What cat back from all these options offer the best hp/mpg increase? Any actual results like field test and dyno?

I put a MagnaFlow on mine with a 3" catback. I think I like it but still trying to decide. Though so far, everything I've heard, MagnaFlow, Hearthrob, Flowmaster, etc. kinda sound the same to me.
