Default Maximizing MPG

Hello Everyone
I am new to this forum. I am a new 2010 FX4 SCrew owner and was wondering how I can maxamize my fuel mileage. I know it is a truck and I am realistic. Just looking out here for any good ideas that you guys might have that have been around here a while

Thanks in Advance
Craig

I know many people will disagree with me...but i've seen just using a K&N Filter has made a difference in now two different f150's i bought. It's not much, but I've seen as much as 1-2 mpg improvement in some conditions.

Try this site, http://hypermiling.com/index.html
Some of their ideas make common sense and i try to remember to use them whenever I can. But I frequently forget or just don't care about MPG.

Only thing i can say that works without a doubt to get better MPG is a tonneu cover and a light foot. I have a K&N insert filter, can`t say i really noticed a diffrence im MPG or HP but its nice to have from a maint point of view. That bieng said the K&N did make a huge diffrence in my motorcycle, just not on the truck, so i guess it really depends on the vehicle its going into. The new F150 are not starved of air to begin with so there`s not much room for improvment over stock.
