Well the dealer did a leak test and could not find anything...
Send me your info in a PM, yuke175; I'm on the case! I'll need your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership so I can check out some options.

I feel for yah Yuke! I was Amazed at how many Unused screw holes and such under my truck have some kind of Tape covering them from inside or out of the cab! I noticed this when doing my 1st oil change, and while waiting for the oil to fully drain I looked around the underbody of my truck while laying on my creeper!

I used some clear weatherproof silicone over the Small Holes, hoping that sealed the holes better than the Tape may/may not have! Good luck Yuke!

Just curious...could you explain where you were running wire? Also do you have floor mats? I've noticed that for whatever reason, if my shoes are wet say with snow and it melts, it drains right into the door sill under the scuff board thingy that says FORD on it...

Had the same issue with my old truck 2008 Titan they didn't hook up the ac drain. Found found it vacuuming out the passages front floor whole truck had black mold growing in it had to replace carpet and padding? Glad I went back to ford. Maybe it's an ac drain??

Yeah, I've noticed all the tape covering holes under my truck as well. Most of the holes the tape is covering are pretty big. Hasn't peeled off, but i'll be watching it every oil change now....

Snowy or wet areas where you live? I think it's the snow or water we track in with our shoes that drains in there and can't leave so it pools up.

Yes very brutal record snow winter just ending. That thought crossed my mind as well. Going to try water tests after its all dried out.

Is this under the passenger side? There is a TSB for that. I had it done and now dry as a bone.
