Same issue here, i lost about 2.5 mpg installing a k & N series 77 on my 2011 5.0L FX4

No changes to the truck since stock air intake was removed. Personally aside from a nice throaty sound from the motor, it seems to be useless.

ya I have a A.R.E. CAI that I took off. i didn't like the sound it made in the cab and my MPG only went up ,5 at most. plus my dealer saw it and told me it would void my warranty if any thing went wrong!

Bump, another question. When cleaning the MAF wires do you only need to spray the 2 wires visible from the bottom of the module when you look inside the intake tube? I do not have any torx bits to remove the module but I still want to clean the wires.
