manual shift issue

Default manual shift issue
when I put the truck in M, the down button on the gear select doesn't work. up is good and it shifts fine, I just cant down shift. any ideas?

You may be going to fast or revving the motor to much.

When you try to downshift do you see the gear number on the center screen flash?

no it even doesn't do it in drive to lock out a higher gear.
