I can attest to this as well. I just got off the phone with them. My In Channels were having some issues still not letting the windows up automatically. So they are sending me some new tape and clips (which I know costs them almost nothing) so that I can try and re install them. This was more than satisfactory to me because I like this style more than the other for my purpose.

I think when I renistall them I'll have to dig up the thread about resetting them.

Hard to keep up with all the stuff one can buy for these trucks! I was nervous about in channel, and the AVS look the least conspicuous in on-line photos. At a glance, it is easy to not even notice them.

AVS, has Great Customer Service! I originally had the revised in channels and liked them! Except water could get by them(between the visor and window seal), and get in the cab!

A simple phone call, along with me sending a pic of my in-channels as proof I owned a set! AVS shipped no charge to me, a set of Low Profiles as a Replacement!

Default Lucky

You must be a dealer or got lucky. I tried twice and got no response by phone or email. The ones on my suburban I had no issues with so got these and terrible luck. If they would have responded with anything I may have overlooked it but one on the rear doors and one of the front doors and I'd have to buy a whole set. There's too many other vendors out there for customer service to just ignore customers.

Just ordered my set off Amazon. It's getting too hot here in VA to not leave the windows cracked while the Ghost bakes in the parking lot all day.

I was just about to take mine off!

I don't leave mine cracked because I hate bugs and I have auto start which cools the interior.

I really got them to crack the windows going down the road while raining but they don't work that well.

If I take them off I'll let go cheap and the new owner would just need new 3m tape.

Ehh no worries. I don't smoke so for me it's just minor ventilation while parked. The remote start does get a fair bit of use by me, but keeping a touch of fresh air circulated through the cabin will also aid the cooling during remote starts.

I really think this looks awesome! It's a nice touch, the gloss black B-pillar cover with the gloss visors. Did you install the covers before the visors and do they interfere at all with the vent visors? Does it hold them off the door at all or does everything sit tight like it's supposed to?
