Default 2009 5.4L Engine Rattling Noise Help

I have a 2009 5.4L with a little over 100k on it and recently I keep hearing this loud rattle coming from the driver side upper engine compartment. It is quite until the truck goes under load, as in when parked it will switch when the A/C turns on etc. Just feeling around for a rattle it almost seems like its coming from the fuel rail but I can't pin point it at all. Here is a video of the sound:

If anyone has any idea what it could be that would be great! Thanks!

When I had a click last October my ford dealer replaced all the timing chains and tensioners because they were bad. I doubt this would be the problem and the noise sounds like it's coming from mid engine but I will try and dive deeper into it after work but thanks for the suggestion!

Engine fan clutch maybe? That's not timing chain noise. Could also maybe be the clutch on the AC wearing out or a serpentine belt tensioner. Remove the serpentine belt and start the truck for a minute or less and see if the noise goes away.
