Default Cheap fog lights

Water will get in your fog light and damage the bulb if you hydroplane in your truck. I think it's because they are: 1) cheap fog lights and + 2) the wheel well shield/ doesn't cover properly = poor design. This is the second one that has water damage.

well, on my 2008 expy, i have changed both fog lights after they were hit by road debris. since then another cracked. they still work, but at $100 a light, i have decided not to keep changing them. after all, its my wife's truck. she will have to fend for herself.

That is nice how you look out for your wife, but in the context of the other questions I assume this is a rant rather than a question or informational issue.
