He was just complaining about the flex fuel part of it, not about mileage. No need to turn it into one of those threads

The only enigne that does have fuel fuel is the Ecoboost If you have the 3.7,5.0 and 6.2 u get the credit

Another waste of taxpayers dollars?
Don't most people running E85 report spending the same amount in fuel costs because you get worse mileage? Only difference being that you're using more of the taxpayer subsidized ethanol.

I dont use E85 we dont have it here but i like getting some of my money back from this state

But seems ironic that the gov gives a rebate for buying a flex fuel vehicle but it doesn't get used as one ;-)

Its not a federal credit its a State of Louisiana thing

I'm not sure about lower cities but up here in shreveport the e85 stations are owned by the state. Sounds like they are going to start giving incentives to pay them not exxon....

I bought my truck in texas. I wonder if that matters since I registered and paid the taxes to LA
