Default louder SI/SO exhaust for 5.4L

I've once again gotten bored of a stock exhaust system from which I hear nothing when I mash the pedal.

I don't want something unbearably loud but I don't mind a nice rumble since I don't spend much time on the highway anyway. what are some of the louder SI/SO stock exit location catbacks available for my 2010 5.4? it's a Screw 5.5" bed. sound clips would be awesome. also, I don't want to spend a fortune. I'm thinking something along the lines of Flowmaster or Magnaflow, MBRP has some really cheap kits but it looks like they're 2.5 inch. thanks in advance.

I have the stainless MBRP and love it. My coworker went the cheaper route and put on a flow master Series 10 and it's loud. Sounds great but just to loud for my taste.

thanks for the reply. is your MBRP 3 inch? I see their kits on eBay and they either say 2.5 inch, or it's not specified.

so far I've narrowed it down to the Magnaflow 16518, Flowmaster 817567 (American Thunder), and the Banks Monster 48747. but I wouldn't rule out a stainless MBRP as long as it's a 3" application. I've always been happy with Magnaflow quality in the past but I'm afraid their kit may be too quiet in this case.

bumping this thread.

I'm stuck on a few choices:
Magnaflow 16518
Flowmaster Force II
Flowmaster American Thunder - this one looks to be the loudest
Banks "Monster" 48747 - this one looks like it should be loud also. it has a pretty small straight through round muffler.

if anyone on here has any of these four systems and could chime in, it would be great.

Look at the flowmaster series 40, cost is about a hundred bucks for just the muffler, check out sound clips on YouTube. It sounds good without being annoying.

was it stainless? the reason I go for name brand (and all of the kits I listed are still only around $400) is just because I don't want something aluminized that will rust out in the first winter. I'm not opposed to cheaper as long as it will hold up.

thanks and I've thought about this but decided I want to do a full catback so that nothing is cut and it's easy to put back to stock once I need to. plus then I can do the install myself, I don't have a welder at home.

looks like it must be, doesn't appear to be rotted and aluminized stuff doesn't really weld well but those welds look decent.

I have only had it for like 4-5 months, but yeah, I don't think. It was aluminum
