I was out doing some running the other day and my truck just had a sudden loss of power. I limped it back home and ran the codes and only got a code for Injector 5. But after I pulled it in my garage to work on it, I ended up with a bunch of other codes that are listed below. If anyone could help me on what could possibly be wrong that would be great.
Truck has a crate jasper engine with about 45k miles and was installed about 5.5 years ago new timing chains 2 years ago and only mods to the truck is it has a 6in lift and wheels and tires. If any other info is needed, please ask.

Maybe a poor connection at the PCM type thing.
Seems like you have a harness type issue.
Check engine bay grounds and be sure battery is up to par.
