Is it up front, or in the back? Several have had issues with the block heater in back, if you have one. If it is up front, and not coming from the T or some obvious hose issue, the water pump seems most likely.

I'm going through this now. The O ring for the quick connect and the top hose was leaking. Cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor while apart. Few days later, another leak shows up. This time it's by the alternator. I spoke to my buddy whom owns/works at his shop. He said book rate to replace the block heater is 1 hour basically. He said to bring my own parts and give him $130 and he'll do the job. I bought Ford coolant, block heater, and two new Gates belts all with another buddies shop's discount. He is too busy to do the job right now.
I do almost all of my own work but when we are sitting at zero degrees, having to run the heater in my garage, the mess, hassle, etc. It's not even worth me touching it. He'll pick it up on his way to work and drop it off on the way home. Win! Win!
Look by the alternator or on top of the skid plate oil catch tray. It will be obvious if coming from there.
I was tempted to put a plug in it that Ford sells for $1 vs. $47 for the heater but I figured I should keep it stock and I may need it someday.
