Check you water pump pulley for play.

When mine leaked and eventually pissed coolant all over the highway, the pulley started making a supercharger ish sound, and had some play in it.

Default T hose

My truck has a bad T. Ford dealer told me the part is back ordered until February. It’s January 9. National back order. I talked to Ford directly and they said talk to the dealer. Circular reference. This is a work truck that is part of a fleet that we have.
The part is $45, and nobody has it in stock.

Here are the hose, although not in stock. At least there are part numbers.

Yes the o rings in 16 are all you need, unless its a cracked reservoir.

In the "big" post in spiky's sig, there is a place to order the o rings very cheaply. I ordered 6 of each.

Call Gorno Ford in woodhaven Michigan. They have the T connector in stock I just bought one yesterday. They’ll ship it to you

Just order a new upper radiator hose - it is a complete assembly. I have already done so (E-Bay) and it is staying in the truck. Don't remember how much, but maybe $40? No leaks yet, but I like to be prepared.
