Seems unlikely that your exact specs will be found in dealer inventory? I do know that my own ordered truck would now be labeled: "unobtainium" forever more...
actually the very first one I searched had the exact truck I was looking for in Blue Jeans which is my first color preference! they had it listed at MSRP but I sent them an email. the second one on the list is the one I found that didn't want to negotiate on price.

Check their web sites out...
so in total I found 7 trucks between the different dealerships you presented. two Blue Jeans, two Kodiak Brown, two Platinum White and one Sunset. every single one of them is max tow, 157", luxury, 20" wheels, offroad package, and adobe interior. thank you a ton! I'm going to look into them more on saturday when I have some more free time. you've really helped me out.

The vehicle locator on fmc dealer is an impressive tool. Include or exclude options, colors, etc. From the time I read your post it took all of 5 minutes to put in what I was looking for and find the dealer names. I'm in upstate NY, and I'm able to look all over the country. Now to make the deal...Hope you're able to get the truck you want!

Why not factory order it? Unless you need it quicker than a couple weeks

I just used cars.com mobile app for android and found 302 king ranchs with in 500 miles of Chicago. .you can filter out black and white and that left 96..it allows you to filter bed size..door count. .no filter for the luxury package but when you sort it comes up high price 1st

I'm sure there Web site must have that option? No access to a pc right now

I know it's a long ways from Wisconsin, but try Galpin Ford in North Hills, CA. They are the #1 Ford dealer in the world for the last 24 years. I've purchased all my cars and trucks from them since 1986. If anyone can find your particular KR, they can. Here's their info:

like I said, I've found 7 so far with every single option I wanted thanks to Silver FX4's help. the way I see it, if I'm spending in the neighborhood of $50k on a half-ton pickup, I have every right to be as picky as I want. but even if I do have to make a sacrifice somewhere, I know I'll definitely never get another short bed again.

Short beds don't have the issue with spring wrap on acceleration.
