Default looking at this truck...

I am looking at this truck tomorrow night. I walked around it last night and it looks really clean. I know that the 09 is the first year. Anyone have any thoughts or concerns? I looked at a 2010 last week that was really rough with more miles and only a little less expensive.

I was originally determined to want leather but I actually like the looks of this interior too.
Thanks for your help.

I have an 09 that was actually built in 08 and I've had no issues in the 21K miles I've owned it. Currently has 87K miles.

Truck listed for $41,055.00 according to the sticker. Without leather. It does have the 6 speed tranny, 36 gallon tank and the 5.4 v8. FX 4 plus pkg.

That's a stretch. You couldn't come close to this price on a 2013 FX4. But I would go for a couple years newer like 2011 or so.

That's pretty close to the price I paid for a Super Cab with the same options. I absolutely love the cloth seats in the FX4, not to mention they're really comfortable too!

I paid 26k for my 2010 with 13k miles in march of this year and its a scab fully loaded with leather, sunroof, nav, heated and cooled seats, the whole 9. its 2wd though so thats not a bad price but thats also what they are asking not always what they will get. talk em down a little and id say go for it, the seats will be cooler in the summer!

Thanks everyone who replied so far. The 4wd is required and so is the crew cab. I plan to keep it for a long time so I don't want a ton of miles but I do not want something that has been beat up. My wife is bummed that it doesn't have heated leather but the dealer did mention they have a guy that can heat those seats and they look factory.

Very nice truck. But, it's about $5k to high. Go to KBB.COM and look up the truck. The key is that it will be worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Contact the previous owner and ask what they gave him for the truck. That should be interesting.
