Thumbs down Caution

Buyer beware. Bought a set (PUTCO) for my last truck (2005 Lariat) for about $75. Installed with double sided tape. They looked great for a few months and then started to pit.

They just snap on. Word to the wise learn how to get the mirror out otherwise it will break; drivers side is expensive. If you don't want/need the black caps you can pry them off but it will break the clips on the caps but not on the mirror. Than you can just snap on the chrome ones. These are factory and fit flush.

AppDawg, I love the color of your truck. Every time I see one with the chrome package I have to admire it. Nice tow hooks to.

Thanks. I've had 5 black vehs from cars to trucks. Love them when they are clean but I live in the Seattle area and it's rains alot so the mineral grey was a perfect choice. Here's the most recent pic. Waiting on the delivery of a paintable grill surround and will be adding a Street Scene chrome insert.
