EDIT: I didn't see NASSTY's post above saying the same thing. I think it just comes down to patience and how much time you have. Put up a "willing to buy" post in the classifieds and see if you get any bites.
I already have Want To Buy Post... got nothing in a month now!!

I also look on Kijiji (no CL here) everyday.

I still have time, worst case if I can't find anything I'll order those.

Thanks

I simply put some winters on my stock 20's. I'll buy a set of summer rims this winter cheap and sell my stock tires to help recuperate the cost.

How would that look on my truck

To bad you're so far away. You could have my stock wheels and tires really cheap.

Good Year Silent Armor have a winter rating but are an all season. Had a set on my old truck and they were great. Wish they would have fit on my new truck.

Snow Flake symbol and all.

I may be wrong in this, but I believe in quebec only "cars" require a snowflake tire. Trucks are exempt. So if you have and A/T rating on your tire, you are good to go, as below.

Question 4

What is the definition of winter tires?
The regulation defines tires specifically designed for winter driving as those that meet one of the following criteria prior to December 15, 2014:
  • Tires on which one of the following inscriptions appear: Alaska, Arctic, A/T or AT, AT/S, AT-S , Blizzard, Cresta, Ice, INSA T1, INSA T2, INSA TT770, LT, Nordic, Snow (but not mud and snow), Stud, Studdable, Studded, Studless, TS, Ultra grip , Ultratraction or Winter, or the icon representing a mountain with a superimposed snowflake.

IronJoce, give your local tire shop a call and see what they have available. My local guy had some smokin' deals on a couple different packages for our trucks. One package with OEM style 17" Ford wheels for way less than $100/ea and black steelies for $40/ea. He was way cheaper than Crappy Tire.

Thanks, I found a set of OEM rims with TPMS sensors for 400$. They were taken from a 2010 FX4.

Going to see them tonight

Cheers
