I just bought a similar XLT 10 days ago, but with the 4.6, for $27000 after rebates. Then they gave me $6000 trade for 03 screw with 155,000 miles. Mine did not have the 5.4, the or the rubber mats, but has the power sliding rear window,

Ok after reading this post I think people exaggerate the discounted amount on there truck. Last week I bought a 38k truck for just over 31k. 4500 in rebates (northeast) And I paid 100 over cost. I work for the Dealership. How can you buy at truck for 10-12k off ? Dealerships dont have that much markup in the vehicle. Plus no-one is going to take a loss on the best selling truck in the country. please explain. Trade value doesnt count as a discount.

Was wondering if this is a good deal, I can get a 2010 f-150 xlt screw for 30,660 after rebates. MSRP is 38,660. Should I try to go lower or is this decent?

Here is the window sticker. http://www.demlford.com/T125410MSRP.pdf

Thanks in advance

I could sell that truck to you for $28,964.00 +ttl w/Ford financing

Well Johno, just ask the dealer right below your post, because he's offering almost a 10K +ttl off MSRP!! Not sure about your deal, but I know what I got and in was just purchased last Saturday. Sticker price $39,400 and sold at $29,600, minus tags/tax. I agree $25,000 is a little excessive, but not 10K.

Dealers right now are advertising $10,000+ off the top sticker price. Note on his sticker there is a $2,000 rebate/discount shown and then the bottom sticker price. Therefore, if a dealer is advertising $10,560 off, he's actually only $560 cheaper than the OP posted his dealer offered. Add to that the fact that many dealers place in the fine print that the discounted does not include delivery ($975) and they may actually be more. I just cut the deal of all deals on a 4x2 SuperCab and had to play five dealers against each other over two weeks all via e-mails. Here's the breakdown.

Top MSRP $35,800
Sticker Rebate $ 2,000 Chrome and Year End Double
Bottom MSRP $33,800
Discount $ 3,507
Net Price $30,293
Delivery Fee $ 195
Net/Net $30,488
Rebates $ 6,250 includes Ford Motor Credit $1000 and $750 for requesting a brochure (this goes in the system as soon as you request it)
Purchase Price $24,238
Added $ 500 Line-X Bedliner and Tinted front side windows
Out the Door $24,738 plus tax and license....

To clarify rebates available here in Kansas City, MO

$3,500 Ford Rebate
$1,000 XLT Bonus Cash
$1,000 Financed at 6.9% through Ford Motor Credit
$ 750 For requesting a brochure on the www.fordvehicles.com website on the F150.
$6,250 Total

I picked the truck up a week ago and called Ford today to get account number and payoff on the loan as I am refinancing through my credit union at 3.95%. There are no pre-payment penalties on the Ford Motor Credit loan.

I bought mine in Seattle in June for $9,225 off MSRP.
