Still having a problem with this guy who I bought these mirrors from. I cannot get him to contact me with a tracking number. Has the other guy received these mirrors? I told the seller if I did not hear from him within 48 hours that I would get the authorities and a lawyer involved.

Sounds like you need to Call Paypal, and make them aware of whats going on and findout if you can get them to get your $ back!

Again, what makes you think there is another buyer? I haven't seen anyone come forward and say they bought the mirrors from him except you. IMO, the seller just said that to take some pressure off potential buyers and feel a bit more safe purchasing through him since others were as well (or so they thought). I don't think anyone sent him money except you.

I wouldn't believe a word this guy says. It's been way too damn long. I'd be calling paypal and finding this guy by now. Longer you wait, the less likely you get your money back. Why give this guy chance after chance?

I understand being nice and forgiving at first, but come on man, it's been how long now? Not to mention, it's been sketchy as hell from the very beginning. Just look at how he came in this thread ALL OF A SUDDEN and said he had mirrors for sale. Don't believe any excuses. Just don't- save yourself the headache. If you don't get a tracking number within 48 hours- open this bad boy up and take action.

Did you get a first name or anything? Post up any information you have on him right here or start a new thread. This guy needs to face the consequences. Even if he comes to you eventually and you get the product, he still did a **** poor job at communication and left you waiting for response after response for weeks.

He told me he had another buyer. At the time it was believable. As time goes on they haven't posted anything as a buyer. His pm stated he had 2 sets, one was sold and was waiting for my response that I wanted them. I was playing the nice card due to thanksgiving. I understand people can be busy around them days. After several messages sent to him in the last week or so and no response, but did see his last login was on 12-2. I'll give him the 48 hours, if nothing then I will try and get ahold of some people.

I was able to look up where he works, which is a Ford dealer, and contacted him. Apparently he sent my set to the other buyer and waited for mine. There was a misunderstanding through PayPal somehow. I talked to the seller and the parts manager and they have a set being sent out as of last Friday. So we will see when these will come in. Hopefully no problems this time. I'll keep you updated and if they come in I'll post some before and after pics.
