Out of curiosity, who was the other buyer of the seT of mirrors from stanleyauto? I sent him money through paypal a several days and have not heard from him since. Just wondering if he has been in contact with the other buyer. Thanks

Worst case seranio you can file a claim via paypal and they can freeze the money on his account. I really do hope it works out for you though.

I've sent stanleyauto 3 messages and haven't heard back from him yet. The purchase was made on Wednesday 11/20 /13

How do you know there was even another guy who bought them? He said that, but he also hasn't gotten back with you. He could have easily said that just to make you feel more comfortable and have a sense of safety since you weren't the only one buying…..

Good luck. Hope it all works out. I wouldn't have sent a dime over to him without telling him to send me pictures with his name, date, etc. Got his full name, address.

I've seen 2 of these 2013 trailer tow power folding/telescoping mirrors for sale in the past 5 months so someone just 'popping' into this thread and offering 2 pairs for sale without putting their name in the pictures or anything is a red flag to me.

I was interested when he first came in here and spoke to him and realized he wasn't professional about things. Very sketchy. I'd say get ready to freeze via PayPal. Good luck

He did get in contact with me yesterday so everything is ok as of now. Once the mirrors come in, I would gladly post before and after pics.
