Yah,, what is 15 bucks and it does give you some added light. I know that the mustang has the pony logo and it comes from the mirror. If I remember correctly there would be enough room to mount it in the mirror to answer OP question / statement.

I looked through his store and he has images not available elsewhere. I am going to contact him about custom logos.

I just ordered a set of the cree's today.... Kind of an impulse buy. Still not sure what I'm going to do with them yet, but I'm looking forward to tinkering

Yes a lot of my logos I had custom made and I can have custom ones made it takes a month and half to 2 months for me to get them sometimes faster I can make any logo you want I just need a good big clear image they are $85 for the first pair and $45 for any after that

I had a set of the ones that are mounted in the doors given to me and they look pretty good. I have no idea how much they cost though.

I have the same ones on mine. I mounted them under the rocker and hooked them into the dome light circuit. They come on with the dome lights (when unlocked or door opens) and fade out just like the dome lights.

The key is finding the style that is metal and has a low profile on the exposed side of the door. Lots of them on ebay are big and bulky,

I paid $15 for mine and they are also Cree. The seller I bought from doesn't have any listed, but there are lots of the metal ones out there.


The tubes come out and it is just lenses and a small black disc. One in this pic is missing, one is in place.



Print a new image to the right size and replace the one it came with.


Maybe you can buy a cheaper set of lights and just by a new image disk from him so you don't have to make it yourself. I noticed a lot of the Ford ones on ebay look like the logo isn't spaced right on disc.

This is the image I want to use, but I am still not happy with the wavy lines. I used photoshop from an phone pic I took of the seats. It looks pretty good given what I started with, but it sure took a long time.
