Default Location of Spare Tire Tools in SCREW

I bought a 2009 SCREW a few weeks ago. The owner's manual says that the spare tire tools are located in a plastic box in the floor under the rear seat. I looked under the rear seat on the driver's side and all that I saw was a small compartment that contained a funnel for use with portable gas containers.

Thinking that the spare tire tools were missing, I contacted the dealer and asked them to send the tools to me (I bought the truck in Southern CA, however I live in Northern CA). The tools arrived (its a jack) inside of black plastic box. I was expecting the box to fit nicely into the compartment that is under the rear seat but the container is too long.

Now I'm wondering if the container was included with the truck but I'm just not looking in the right place for it. Can someone describe the exact location of the spare tire tools in their SCREW?

exactly. took me a minute to figure out as well. Remove that compartment and unscrew the two wingnuts and Im sure you will figure it out from there.

Thanks everyone for your help, especially azmideget for the video. It was exactly what I needed to see as I was close but could never quite put it all together. I wonder why Ford didn't explain this better in the manual.

Anyway, now I have an extra kit. The dealer that sold me the truck left much to be desired when we were negotiating so I'm glad they had to spend a few extra pennies on the kit & shipping.

I had to find mine when my left front went flat after hitting a deer. Luckily, I had my Instajack and Instawrench. Darn thing works pretty dang good for a 12v.

I don't think it's that bad. That video posted above is almost word for word the description in the manual.
