Behind the grille there was already 2 tabs that weren't being used for anything so I used those with some bigger washers and they fit perfectly. The bumper also had some tabs that I did the same way. I'll take some pics to show

Very cool stuff in here. I like the light bar in the front license plate idea. What size bar is it you guys have that fits in there nice with no gaps on the sides?20"?

20" will fit 80% of the space 30" would require cutting the two fillers a little to fit.

IMO 20" is easier but 30" is only ~20% more money... So its more bang for the buck if you wanna cut stuff and custom mount.

A 30" bar from rigid will definitely not fit in the bumper hole. I have a 20" and that barely fits in there with cutting the plastic pieces. A 30" would require some heavy bumper cutting

This guys 30" fit just fine. Rigid 30" may be different I'm sure, but this was the basis of my post:

I plan to do a 20" in mine also, I'm not convinced that a 30 would fit but that post says it does

I'll be installing mine on Tuesday, I'd appreciate the pics of your mount (I was going to do higher up) but nobody has pics of how they mounted them or output... So its not easy to tell if its better one way or another.

Hmmm very odd. I had to do something similar on my bumper as the pics of those plastic bumper pieces. That looks like a 30" in the bottom of the grill. I highly doubt it but I can't say because I don't know what bar it is.

I think that guy may have been referencing the 30" bar that he has behind the grille and not the 20" bar in the bumper hole

Edit: foxracer beat me to it.

I'd say that's a 20" DR in the bumper opening and 30" SR in the grille.
