27 yr ford guy

it was a deal breaker for me i ordered the fx4 . that yellowish puke color was gross. i realize you can get aftermarket stuff but im not ripping door inserts and dash trim off on a new truck, i just ordered the better interior that was on the fx4 , my salesman said it has been a source of a lot of head shaking this year , i doubt ford will keep it , but i may be done to scare buyers upward , ya never know

I had taken a white 2011 Lariat with the light wood home for an overnight test drive. Everyone said the light wood would grow on me but I couldn't stand it. I took it back the next day and bought the King Ranch for the same price and the right color interior. Couldn't be happier with the decision.

I hate the light wood in the 2011 f150 but i like the truck do you think the dealer would change it with the black in the fx4 ??

That's why I bought the FX4, test drove a Lariat and couldn't stand the wood. IMO it looks cheap.
