Default Light Bar for EcoBoost

Any suggestions for a light bar/bull bar for my Ecoboost??? I have read the Aries bull bar will not fit the Ecoboost (maybe because the skid plate blocks airflow??) I need to mount some extra light up front. I typically encounter moose about a dozen times every winter on the way to work. For those that don't know, moose are stupid and nearly blind- they like to jump into the light before trying to flee. They also just ruin a vehicle when you hit them

I made my own light bar to mount a couple PIAA 520's above the "hole" for intercooler. I don't have pics with me at work, but I can post later tonight. It won't offer an moose protection, but you'll see them clearly as you run into them.

I got the N-Fab/smittybilt light bar and it has very little airflow restriction to the intercooler. If you're in Anchorage and wanna meet up to see it let me know or I could post a picture. I got mine at 4wheelparts.com they had the best shipping price to AK but it did take a couple weeks.

Thanks for the suggestions. The smittybilt maybe what I have to go with. I was hoping for something like the aries bull bar...although randy ellis design has a very similiar one for a bunch cheaper and I can always have it dropped at a relatives house in az have them foward it to me.

It still kills me that so many companies just won't ship to alaska, or take forever if they do. Anchorage gets more frieght by weight than any other airport in the US, UPS and Fedex have a huge operation here...of course, I have ordered stuff before and after telling the rep that I lived in alaska, i was "reminded" that I must pay in "U S Dolllars"....

Check this one out as well: KC Hilites #7429 Front End Lite Bar. VolFire has this and it looks like it would work well for an EcoBoost.

Yep, the KC bar looks pretty nice. Looks like a tight fit too.
