Question Lifted or leveled?

I bought a used 2012 F-150 FX4 a few years ago. I am hoping someone could help me figure out if it is lifted, leveled or both? Here are some photos of it. Thanks.

In case it helps, the tires are 33x12.50R20LT Open Country Toyo M/T (and they are getting quite old)

By the look of it, I can confidently say that your truck is level. It also look lifted but without measurements/side-by-side pictures...It's hard to confirm.
Nice truck BTW !

You have a spacer level on the front shock. And I think that looks like an extra large block in the rear to make it higher than stock. Doesn't look like a lift. It does look like a pretty big space for 33s. Do Toyos run small? I guess you could be down about an inch with the tread almost gone.

If it is lifted, you will see a non-factory crossmember under the front of the truck, usually with a logo on it from the company that made it.

Spacer on the front strut to raise the front and make it level with the rear. Many guys leave it at that. But it also appears you have a taller spacer block between the leaf springs and axle. From the factory you have a 1.5" spacer. I replaced my 1.5" spacer with a 3" spacer to also raise the rear and retain the factory rake. I can't tell for sure from the pic, but it looks like two spacers stacked together on the rear of your truck to do the same thing as my one 3" spacer.

That is what I did to my truck initially. It cost me $200 for parts and I got a buddy with a shop and better tools to help me with the front. I did the rear by myself in the driveway, so I didn't have much in it. I drove mine for almost 2 years that way, but I reached the point where I needed new struts/shocks anyway. I lost the spacer and bought adjustable struts for the front to raise it, and much better shocks for the rear.

Not sure if the new struts/shocks are really that much better, or if it is because the factory ones were shot. But there was a dramatic improvement in ride quality afterward. I'd recommend you doing the same at when you can do so.

Looks like a 2.5, maybe a 3" leveling kit in the front. The rear appears to be stock.

To confirm the rear is stock measure the rear block. If the block is 1.25" then its stock. All 09-Current 4X4 F150s have 1.25" blocks.

Just a FYI 09-Current 4X4s have 1-1/4" blocks, the 04-08 have 1-15/16" blocks.

Yup, front spacer'd and we need a better shot of the rear block to confirm, but stock would be 1.25"
