It's spacer that you insert inbetween the frame and body that lift the body up off the frame, giving you "lift" or the looks of lift.

A BODY LIFT is a number of spacers that are put in between the body and the frame opposed to a suspension lift that goes under the body and between the wheels.

Good decision with the suspension lift it looks better and gives the clearance for offroad.

Any change you make to the suspension is going to stiffen the ride. That said, I had a 2.5" leveling kit on my truck prior to lifting and you really couldn't tell a different in the ride. Even with my 6" suspension lift the ride is a little stiffer than stock, but it's still not that bad at all.

The XD Monsters are a great wheel, but I could be a little biased.

you'd have to check here with these guys to be sure as it is not a 2009-2011... While you can probably just leave the level kit there, the 6" kits are generally designed to run against the stock components and the level kit is typically a spring spacer.

I'd recommend pulling the spacer when you put in the 6" kit. This will also make sure that you don't end up with bad geometry in the front, or a front that is 2.5" higher than the back because the kit assumes certain things.
