I just installed my rough country 2.5 leveling lift kit on '14 fx4 and i manage to fit pretty easily my bran new fuel octanes wheels with 35' goodyear duratrac... the wheels are 17 x 8.5 with +14 offset. Backspace is 5.250. Actually, the tires are 315/70/17 that is pretty close to 35'. Just add to remove my front mudflap and cut the lower front valence. The fit and the way the truck sit on those tires are in my opinion prefect! I love it! I just love the look of the smaller wheels with big tires!

I think 13 wide would rub the upper control arm, my old truck ran 35/12.50r18 with no rub but you could barely get a finger in that spot. Leveling kit will fit 35's?-image-3085707780.jpg

I have been running 325/65/18 Fierce Attitude MTs for close to 40k miles. They rub the control arm but ONLY on a full lock turn. Other than that no rubbing.

With that being said, my next set wil be 35x12.50x18 Toyo MTs so I won't have anymore rub.

Default Question

Can I ask you, I'm purchasing a '16 Sport Ecoboost. I am having the dealer put on a 2 inch levelling kit. I just ordered the 325 65 18 Fierce Attitude tires.... Can you tell me if I will have any issues with rub ? I am putting them on the stock Ford Sport Fx4 style tire. I will cancel the order and go to a smaller tire if you suggest it's a better idea? Thanks !

I am running 305/55/20 Nitto Trail Grapplers on 20x8.5 with 10mm offset KMC Slides ... Slight rubbing on the control arm at full turn.

My delima ... I ordered the wheels from discount tire, with the "assumption" they would have ordered the wheels with the 38mm offset, NOT THE 10mm offset... They installed the wheels and it wasn't until I was driving around that I noticed the difference and brought it to their attention. I am currently "negotiating" with them on how to get the 38mm offset wheels in and installed.

My question is, can I run 35' tires with the 38mm offset and not the 10mm offset? Any recommendations? I'm just not that happy with the current look and am looking for a bigger setup,

Thanks in advance!
Maybe I misunderstand your post but if you are rubbing the UCA with a 10mm offset, the 38mm offset will bring your tire in even closer. Higher the offset, farther in towards the suspension your tire will be.

I wish more detail is told here.
Have a 2014 limited with stock 22.
Can I fit a 35 12.5 22 tire with the 2.5 level kit? My tires on the limited are already wide, like 11 inches approx. Does anyone have PHOTOS OF A 14 F150 WITH LEVEL KIT AND 35S. COOPER STT PRO. SHOULD I GO WITH 33S? PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE SCRAWNY....
