After some lengthly research on this site, I finally found my answer. Here's what worked for my issue....
I had a similar issue with the factory system as well..
Finally got the answer from my Ford dealership and it's fixed!
Here's what you need to do...
To disable the horn honks when arming or disarming the system, please follow these steps:
1. Turn the key to the ON position for 3 seconds (dash lights on but engine off).
2. Turn the key back to the OFF position.
3. Press the Valet Button 3 times. (Located under the LED light)
You should hear 2 confirmation honks letting you know that the horn “chirps” have been disabled.
