Leveled F150 with 35's?
Hi,
I have a 2010 F-150 XLT SCREW 5.4 and trying to buy some 35's to put on the truck. I currently have a 2.5in leveling kit and 275/65 r18's, and I am looking to buy some 35/12.5 r18's. I'm just wondering if the 35's could fit. I don't mind doing some trimming or having some minor rubbing but I'm concerned the width may be an issue. Thanks

I am running 35/12.50/17 mud tires on a 17x9 wheel with a -6 offset. The only time it rubs is with the wheels turned and hitting a large bump. It rubs on the rear of the fender. If I ran a little higher offset wheel I don't think I would rub at all.

I had a 2004 F150 with a 2inch level with Stock 18's and I ran 35x12.50 R18 on that truck with no problem.
My current current truck is a 2011 with a 2inch level with stock 20's. I had the tire shop put 35's on it and they would not clear. I guess the 20's had a different offset than the 18's.

Those are great looking trucks. I am not sure why the 35's wouldn't clear on my 2011 truck with stock 20's. It would catch on something about 3/4 turn. I do have a different rim than the ones pictured though. I forget the size tires I went with but they are the exact same height but slightly more narrow than the 12.50's. I was very surprised when the tire shop said the 35x12.50 were not clearing. My rims are like the ones pictured below:

As long as you stick to stock wheel width / offsets they fit with very little to no rubbing. You get some wider / lower offset wheels and then you start rubbing.
