Default level ideas

I tried to search but I must suck at it because I cant find the info I want I have. 2013 5.0 2wd supercab I think the extended cab is called cant remember right now but I was considering. A 2.5 level for front and I belive it was a 1.25 spring block for rear and I understand ill have to trim but I was thinking with some 35s my question being can anyone give me a rough idea of how bad that will hit my mpgs. As well as I have the stock 17s and to stay on budget I was thinking of plastidipping them would there be any 35s that would mount to them without looking crazy also the truck does almost no offroading unless im hunting just in case it matters opinions and idea would be appreciated

i think you will have a tough time fitting 35" tires on a 2wd with only a level.

305/70/17 should fit perfectly with the level and most likely no but maybe extremely minor trimming.

I had expected the trimming and as far as durability would 33s or 35s be better for suspension longevity also which would fit best on the stock 17s.. thanks for the responses sorry for the simplistic questions this is my first suspension modification on a truck. Just tryin to make sure it wont be a costly decision and get some assistance with my leveling kit from the pros

I have an 09 XLT Supercrew 2WD, and I just leveled it exactly like you're thinking, and put 33" BFG All Terrains on it. My MPG went from about 15.6 city to 12.8 city. I have zero rubbing issues, and leveling it made the stance of the truck perfect. Hope that helps.

35" can be done with that level. Seem it before long time ago. Someone in the 2wd leveled truck thread had it. He did some trimming I believe though.

No kidding? I put 33's on my truck and had to do quite a bit of trimming. Then again, maybe that was mostly due to rim width + offset

Now how about fitting 33s or 35s on the stock wheels without ballooning them is that possible?
