I had some condensation in my driver's side headlight after I used a pressure washer in my wheel well and apparently pushed water past a plug. Took it out, took out blinker and marker lights and stuck a hair dryer in one hole and it got rid of it all.

On the passenger side it's also possible that the boot cover for the bulb was damaged by the sharp edge of the windshield washer fluid resevoir...just something else to check. There are a few posts about it in Bilinvic's forum.
