I think the XTR is the best value for the F150. Has all the features you need at an affordabe price. But a fully loaded screw eco is similar in pricing to an FX4.

Here's my scab XTR:

Looks much better after smoked tails:

2013 Ruby Red Lariat 4x4 with a 5.0 and 3.73 gears.

The first photo is from a security camera with my old 2004 True Blue XLT regular cab long box 4x4 with a 5.4 and 3.73 gears leading the way.

The last photo is from a cell phone, roughly 50-60 miles into the second tank of gas - the blue truck had averaged just over 14 MPG for the last year, so I was a bit shocked when the heavier Lariat claimed to be getting 20.9 MPG on winter blend fuel.

The other pictures were taken minutes after the truck arrived home, and dramatically show how the ruby red color reacts to changes in sunlight.

It sure is. $2k for what I think seems like a completely different truck. Nicer, beefier stance, grille, etc. this one is a leftover 2012 and it's basically got the XTR and Convenience package. It listed for $45k (cheapest 2012 they had) and he got it out the door for $30k. Damn good deal for that truck!
