Lets see those Leveled out f150s!!!!

So I'm just about ready to get a leveling kit. Just a couple of questions. I think I'm leaning towards the Bilsteins adjustable. If I go that route should I out them on all 4 corners? I have about 1.5" difference right now and I want to level it and raise the whole thing 1". So I'll be adding a rear block and end up with 2.5" front lift and 1" rear lift.
So my questions are:
Bilsteins on all 4 corners or just the front?
Where can I find a 1" rear block? All I've seen are 1.5".
Also my truck is a 2011 XLT 2WD. Is there already a rear block in there?
Thanks in advance. And Merry Christmas.

I need some advise. I have a 11" EB FX4 with a RL 2" front lift and stock rear. It sits level at sometimes as pervious ppl have stated. I have a 6k lb TT and it squats when towing. Want to avoid air bags and was wandering 2 or 3 " blocks? I dont want to sit high in rear as it was stock. Im new here so ill post pics, any help would be appreciated! I also heard a fx has a diff rake stock than others?!

Finally after 3 years it was time, took 60k miles to wear out my stock Wrangler SRA's. Autospring 2.5" level with additional 3" rear block and Goodyear Duratrack 275/70 R18 on stock.

Ive been debating on the 275/70 R18 or the 265/70 R18 for my 4x2.
I just got 2" spacers for the front that Im planning to put on soon.
Do these Goodyear Duratrack tires roar much?
