Bilstines set on the third setting 13/4 in lift in front, the rear are Bilstines at the stock setting.

Yeah, I figured it has been, but the search button gets you to a thread (like this one) with 140+ pages. I'm not lazy, but I'm also not gonna read through 1400 posts to find my answer!!!

Thank you for the response, though. I know that tire size and rims affect MPGs, but I though the change in aerodynamics from the different height might affect the MPGs as well. Yes/No?

FINALLY leveled........ 2" HB with 275/70R18 BFG Rugged Terrains. From sits 0.5" lower than the rear. I'll get more pics when the weather clears up. Have to take the truck back to the shop Monday morning. As you can see in the second picture the steering wheel is about a 1/2 inch left of center when the truck is going straight. The truck is aligned and rides fine. Any easier fix for the steering wheel?

That's 3 steps from now need to put exhaust, sct tuner and then steps.

I wish I knew! I've had my alignment done 3 times and my steering wheel is still the same amount tilted!!
