Shull72, does the truck set level with the 3 inch block or a slight rake in the front?

A slight rake to the front which helped out with fuel economy. Went up 2 mpg after the block.

Monday I had some front Bilstein 5100's put on the front of my new 2013 F150. I put them on the highest setting 2.25" and it turned out great. I'm dead level front and rear. I may replace the rear block, or do a add a leaf. The work was done at the dealer for 3 hrs labor plus the alignment. At slow speeds it rides much better. No body roll when turning, very solid to the ground, and you hardly feel bumps. At highway speeds it is a little rougher. I'm sure on the lower settings it's less noticeable. It isn't that bad at all though. Now I just need to make a choice on my wheels.
