Thanks haha! I know man I really want them done that is for sure!
The one I originally put the offer on fell through because it was short sale and the bank screwed me by not mentioning they let the folks with the first offer have a chance to beat mine without telling me.... so I bought a lot and am having one built for the same price instead! Whatever I don't care mine will be newer/nicer than the other anyway! They just started grading the lot and should be getting the foundation laid this week. They're pretty quick at putting these places up, especially since it's on a slab and a pretty standard floor plan for their company. I'm just ready to see her done and hopefully be moved in towards the end of fall/early winter.

Haha what a fiasco! Well now you'll have your own house that you can proudly say you built it! I saw some heli's this weekend at a park some kids were flying and they couldnt keep it in the air for the life of them, and they were just trainers, haha!
Good luck with your new house and keep in touch.

Will definitely keep in touch, especially when it's time to do those heads/fogs! Haha that's funny though I remember when I couldn't keep a heli in the air! Even though "s*** happens" every once in a while and they do hit the ground, I still remember how difficult it was in the beginning!
