sorry most people don't work at an hvac shop. But yeah form it around anything that is round then tack it together with 1/8 inch aluminum rivets on the bottom.

I love the different set ups everyone is coming up with. I'd love to do a set with black bezel, tinted amber lens with sterling gray turn signal, reflector and shrouds.

So many mods, so little money.

Pulled my headlights apart today and painted the reflector bowls matte black to solve some issues I had with light hitting the reflector bowl and scattering. I think I like them but can't help but think the projector has a bit of a "floating head" picture look to it, ha!

Otherwise, appears to have solved my light scattering issue.

i can't wait to post some pics of my retrofitted heads and fogs.. i got tuxedoblack11 working on them right now..
