Let's see those Black F150's

Just had an episode at the car wash. As you guys with the black trucks know, these things are hard to keep clean, and I've been failing miserably in the winter of northcentral PA. So, I decided to stop and wash it at the car wash today, since my garden hose is in storage until the Spring. Of course, because of the timing of the spray-wash coin-op, I spent 2 minutes with the high pressure soap, then busted out the sponge, wiped the body clean, then chucked in another 2 minutes's worth of quarters to rinse the dirt and soap off. The lady in the ****-green Escape got all pissed and peeled tire away with about 30 seconds left...as though I have to leave the car wash with a dirty truck because she waited too long. Some people. :P

Drying them is the worst! Gotta let all of that water drain out of the mirrors and emblems. I use a shammy first then go back over with a microfiber towel, clean the windows....usually by then most of the excess water has drained out that I can wipe down those parts again. I hate getting home and seeing dried water streaks down the side of my clean truck.
