Picked it up a week ago. So far just decals removed, 2" drop shackles in the rear, tinted windshield, and 26's. 3/5 drop and black lights coming after Christmas, then performance parts start!

Rotors and painted calipers/caliper covers, will probably be on that list, I'm guessing....
Quite possibly the smallest sidewall I've seen on an f150 to date.
