Opinions needed. If you could choose the color for your 4x4 stickers on your tuxedo truck, what would it be? I have chrome bumpers and grill today. Previous owner removed them on my 2012 Lariat.

I'd go with silver. Play on the aluminum, chrome and lower body colours.

Well, here she was this afternoon after getting all cleaned up (daylight pic) and here she is after sitting on the pot and randomly deciding to pull up craigslist and finding a hell of a deal (night pic). They're off of a 2015 King Ranch.

I went with flat black. But I don't have any chrome on my body. I would go with a red or a silver if I really wanted it to stand out. If I wanted it to blend a flat gray or anchronite color.

It's just my opinion, but whatever design that particular year came with is my choice. Regardless of color. Even though I'm partial to the custom all charcoal gray. I prefer the oem look.

I have a question tho. I don't think any of us, particularly care to have a multi colored FX4, or any of the other stickers on whatever color your truck is. But why when there's no sticker at all, does it look so plain?
Are we just so conditioned to a sticker being there on every brand, that it looks strange without it?
My mind is saying 'it should/would look classier' without it, but damnit.. I'm proud to show off the fact it's an FX4, even if it's red and black on my white truck.

I took mine off, bc of the red and white on black was just too much for my taste. But, like you said, it just didn't look right. I tried to like it, but the more I looked at it, the more plain than clean it looked. So I bought flat black ones and I'm glad I did.

Love your truck and have some questions, I was hoping you could help me with:

1.) Is your truck on stock suspension, or lifted?
2.) Are your DC-2's the 18x9's with 0mm offset? (ones sold at Tire Rack)
3.) Is your paint getting chipped up along the side of the truck since the tires are out quite a bit from the fenders?
4.) How do you like those tires, do they still have a decent ride on the highway?
