Hey guys I'm trying to decide on a 6" lift. 2013 supercrew 5.0 XLT 4x4. I pull a utility trailer a good bit in the warm months with lawn equipment (zero turn mower, etc...). This time of year about all I drag is my trailer with a 4 wheeler on it to go hunting with. I like the look of the Mcgaughys 6.5" kit, but it appears to be a little nose high. I don't want to be pulling a trailer with my nose way up in the air. Give me some feedback on how much rake you have if any with your kits. I'm now leaning toward Rough Country because it looks pretty level. Second would be BDS but I can't afford the coilover kit right now and some BDS kits without the coils look like they have a good bit of rake. Thanks for the input.

my 6" RCX sat perfectly level before the bilstiens. If you don't plan on stretching or going any higher, I'd recommend them

I say go for the bds kit without the coilovers. It's rear high but if your towing a lot it will level you out. Mcgaughys is nose high because it's a 6.5" and gives it that Cali look both great kits, I think rancho has rebates going on sometimes which could be a deal breaker another good kit you can't go wrong with

I know a lot of people run the 6in RCX and go with BDS Coilovers and 2.0 Shocks. It's a good idea. The RCX usually has a varied opinion of quality but many people enjoy it. I have the 4in Rancho and love it. Rides awesome, adjustable shocks, 1 piece welded subframe.

I love my Procomp coilover lift. I sit a bit nose high though, which will be fixed a bit later on. You really can't go wrong with any of the kits honestly, and if you don't plan on going bigger, RCX is good bang for buck. Just recommend replacement struts upfront

I'm sure it would do a little better if I didn't like to here the rumble of those flowmasters so much.

Anybody running or know anything about the Federal Couragia MT tires? They look sharp. I want trail graps but they keep getting more expensive by the day it seems like. All I have heard is that they are a good comparable tire but they are louder. I don't think that is a deal breaker for me because the Roush intake and exhaust give me a pretty good little rumble as it is.

The trails are gonna last longer is what the general consensus says. I know DavidSchlot822 has Federal and he's liked them.

I like the look of trails much better
